在世界范围内,专业技术人才的培训更多的是在继续教育的范畴下讨论的。肇始于美国,拓展于英、法、日等发达国家的继续教育经过近九十年发展,已经形成较为完善的发展模式。总结这些发达国家在专业技术人才培训的做法和经验对“十四五”时期提高我国专业技术人才的竞争力至关重要。未来我们要通过强化法律支持、更新培训理念、保障培训经费、科学设置培训课程、丰富教学形式、加强质量管理、利用社会和市场力量等方式进一步提高专业技术人才培训效益。

Around the world,the training of professional and technical personnel is more discussed under the category of continuing education.After nearly 90 years of development,continuing education,which originated in the United States and expanded in Britain,France,Japan and other developed countries,has formed a relatively perfect development model.Summing up the experience and enlightenment of these western developed countries in the training of professional and technical personnel is very important to improve the competitiveness of our professional and technical personnel in the period of the 14th Five-year Plan.In the future,we should strengthen legal support,update training concept,guarantee training funds,scientifically set up training courses,enrich teaching forms,strengthen quality management,and make use of social and market forces to further improve the training efficiency of professional technical personnel.
