摘要
目的:从高职教师、课程、平台等三个维度对高职学生在线课程的需求与满意度开展调查,并提出相应的对策建议,为我国高职教育教学的稳步、良好发展提供借鉴。方法:通过对900名我国高职学生群体为调查对象,从高职教师、课程和平台等三个维度的27个在线课程属性设计问卷,运用KANO模型理论的需求层分析,以及计算属性的Better-Worse系数进行分析。结论:一是稳定课程运行是基本型需求,它必不可少,但优化后并不会大幅提高满意度;二是授课教师科学无误的教学内容、知识储备足够及态度友善和在线课程目录索引、学习记录、一致的页面布局及兼容性是期望型需求,用户满意度与该需求提供与否呈正比关系;三是魅力型需求包括知识框架、支持教学的资源和响应时间(<0.1s),此需求提供后会带来惊喜,不提供也不会过多影响满意度;四是上课时间固定是反向型需求,提供后反而会降低满意度;五是其余15项为无差异型需求,不影响满意度。
The objective of the research is to investigate the higher vocational students’demand for and satisfaction with online courses from the three dimensions:teachers,curriculum and platform.Corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward so as to provide reference for the steady and good development of higher vocational education and teaching in China.Through the survey of 900 higher vocational students in China,a questionaire about the attributes of 27 online courses was designed from three dimensions:teachers,curriculum and operation platform.The demand layer analysis of Kano model theory and the better-worse coefficient of calculated attributes are used for analysis.Conclusions are drawn:①Stable curriculum operation is the basic demand,which is essential,but the optimization will not greatly improve the satisfaction;②Teachers’scientific teaching content,sufficient knowledge reserve and friendly attitude,online course catalog index,learning records,consistent page layout and compatibility are the expected demands,and user satisfaction is directly proportional to whether the demand is provided or not;③Charm needs include knowledge framework,resources to support teaching and response time<0.1s,which will bring surprise after providing,and will not affect satisfaction too much if it is not provided;④The fixed class time is the reverse demand,but it will reduce the satisfaction;⑤The other 15 items are undifferentiated needs,which do not affect satisfaction.
