摘要
首先,梳理了西方职业教育制度发展的脉络以及其内在的逻辑,指出生产力的发展与生产关系的变革是学徒制发展的内在动力。其次,深入探讨了中国现代学徒制在借鉴西方国家的现代学徒制的过程中,由于对本土语境未进行深入剖析,导致当前我国现代学徒制职业教育的参与各方出现的实际问题,最后,则探讨了在现代学徒制中国化过程中的建构路径,通过顶层制度设计,运用“契约精神”和利益平衡策略对实践中存在的问题进行有效的解决。
This paper first combs the development of western vocational education system and its internal logic,and points out that the development of productivity and the change of production relations are the internal driving force of apprenticeship.Then,it discusses the practical problems of the participation of all parties in the current vocational education of modern apprenticeship in China,which is caused by the lack of deep analysis of our context in the process of learning from the modern apprenticeship in western countries.Finally,the construction path in the process of the modernization of apprenticeship is discussed,and solutions to the problems are proposed through the top-level system design,and by the“spirit of contract”and the strategy of interest balance.
