警示标识管理用于医院高警示药品中的效果观察

The effect of warning label management on high warning drugs in hospitals

目的评价警示标识管理用于医院高警示药品管理的实践效果。方法随机选取笔者所在医院2019年1月~2019年12月使用高警示药品的500例患者,按警示标识管理实行时间分为管理前(2019年1月~2019年6月)、管理后(2019年7月~2019年12月),分别为250例,比较管理前后高警示药品配置差错和不良事件发生率。结果全院实施统一高警示药品警示标识管理后,药品配置差错率和不良事件发生率分别为0.80%、1.20%,较管理前的7.20%、8.00%均显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高警示药品警示标识管理能减少用药配置差错和不良事件的发生,保障高警示药物使用安全,提高医院药品管理质量。

Objective To evaluate the practical effect of the warning label management on high warning drugs in hospitals.Methods 500 patients using high warning drugs in the hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were randomly selected.According to the implementation time of warning label management,patients were divided into two groups:before the management(January 2019~June 2019)and after the management(July 2019~December 2019),with 250 cases in each group.The incidence of high warning drug allocation errors and adverse events before and after the management was compared.Results After the whole hospital implemented the unified warning label management of high warning drugs,drug allocation error rate and adverse event rate were 0.80%and 1.20%,which significantly decreased compared with 7.20%and 8.00%before the management,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The warning label management of high warning drugs can reduce the occurrence of drug allocation errors and adverse events,ensure the safety of high warning drugs,and improve the quality of the drug management in hospitals.
