注射用甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠联合鼠神经生长因子耳后骨膜下注射治疗突发性耳聋的临床研究

Study on the application value of sodium methylprednisolone succinate for injection combined with mouse nerve growth factor injection behind the ear in the treatment of sudden deafness

目的探讨分析注射用甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠联合鼠神经生长因子耳后骨膜下注射治疗在突发性耳聋中的应用价值。方法选取2019年1月~2020年1月期间收治的60例突发性耳聋患者为研究对象,随机分为研究组(n=30)与对照组(n=30);两组患者均予以营养神经、扩血管治疗,且对照组予以注射用甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠耳后骨膜下注射治疗,研究组则在对照组治疗基础上联合使用鼠神经生长因子耳后骨膜下注射治疗;观察比较两组患者临床疗效,治疗前后听力情况及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组总有效率为96.67%,明显高于对照组的83.33%(P<0.05)。研究组与对照组治疗前纯音听阈值、听力损伤评分均无显著差异性(P>0.05),两组治疗后纯音听阈值、听力损伤评分均明显降低,且研究组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率为10.00%,与对照组的6.67%比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论注射用甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠联合鼠神经生长因子耳后骨膜下注射治疗突发性耳聋具有确切的临床疗效,可明显改善患者的听力损伤,且不会增加不良反应发生的风险。

Objective To explore and analyze the application value of methylprednisolone combined with mouse nerve growth factor subperiosteal injection in the treatment of sudden deafness.Methods A total of 60 patients with sudden deafness admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into a study group(n=30)and a control group(n=30);Both groups were treated with nerve nutrition and vasodilation,and the control group received subperiosteal injection of methylprednisolone behind the ear,and the study group was treated with mouse nerve growth factor injection behind the ear on the basis of the treatment of the control group;observe and compare the clinical of the two groups efficacy,hearing conditions before and after treatment and occurrence of adverse reactions.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than the 83.33%of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the study group and the control group in pure tone hearing threshold and hearing impairment score before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the pure tone hearing threshold and hearing impairment score of the two groups were significantly reduced,and the study group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 10.00%,and there was no significant difference in the 6.67%of the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Methylprednisolone combined with subperiosteal injection of rat nerve growth factor behind the ear has a definite clinical effect in the treatment of sudden deafness,which can significantly improve the hearing damage of patients without increasing the risk of adverse reactions.
