环氧树脂沥青在双塔不对称斜拉桥钢桥面铺装层的应用研究 被引量:6

摘要 为保证大跨度钢桥面的行车质量及使用寿命,必须加强其桥面铺装层的材料性能、与结构的适宜性、施工的便利性及经济性研究。以湖北省内主跨为820m的双塔不对称混合梁斜拉桥为例,针对大桥的使用条件及所处位置的气候特征,调研分析了此类钢桥面铺装特点及病害类型,对比分析各桥梁铺装层的使用现状,选用下层EA+上层改性SMA双层铺装方案;结合环氧树脂沥青路用性能试验,针对该桥钢桥面环氧树脂沥青铺装的设计与施工进行了研究。经检测,表明桥面铺装方案合理可行。 In order to ensure the quality and service life of long-span steel bridge decks,it is necessary to strengthen the study of the material performance of bridge deck pavement,the adaptability of the structure,the convenience and economic benefit of the construction.Taking the double-tower asymmetric mixed-beam cable-stayed bridge with a main span of 820 m as an example,a research and analysis of the steel deck pavement characteristics and defects conditions in Hubei Province is carried out according to the climatic characteristics and service conditions of the bridge.Through the comparative analysis of the current service state of each bridge pavement,the pavement scheme of using EA for the lower layer+modified SMA for the upper layer is chosen.Based on the epoxy resin asphalt road performance test,a study is conducted for the design and construction of the epoxy resin asphalt pavement of the steel bridge deck of the bridge,and the bridge pavement scheme is proved to be reasonable and feasible after inspection.
