简述了机车车辆产品质量控制的工作发展历程,铁路产品的质量控制从验收管理到监造管理的历次变革,在历次变革中体现了上级监管部门对质量控制的重视,从验收到监造赋予不同的职能管理责任,把从对产品事后把关转变为从生产质量的源头抓起到全过程监督控制,保证铁路产品质量稳定可控并逐步提升,同时结合实际分析机车车辆监造现状,提出机车车辆监造发展愿景和希望。

This paper briefly describes the development work of locomotive vehicle product quality control,The quality control of railway products has been reformed from acceptance management to supervision manufacturing management.The previous reforms reflect the importance of superior supervision departments to quality control.From acceptance to supervisor assigned different functions of management responsibility,from the later of product checks to grab from the source of production quality to the whole process of supervision and control,they can ensure that product quality is stable and controllable and gradually improve railway,and combining with actual analysis of the current situation of locomotive vehicle supervision,puts forward the rolling stock supervision vision and hope.
