压力容器裂纹导致失效已经成为化工企业生产装置中突出的安全隐患,直接影响了生产装置的健康稳定运行。随着国内生产企业数量日益增长,压力容器的使用数量快速增加,为了保障人民群众的生命及财产安全,对压力容器实施定期检验意义重大。通过对两起压力容器的裂纹失效案例进行分析,总结了裂纹产生的原因,提出了防范此类失效风险的建议,为国内今后同类型的设备维保管理提供了可借鉴的参考方案。

Failure caused by cracks in pressure vessels has become a prominent potential safety hazard in production equipment of chemical enterprises,which directly affects the healthy and stable operation of production equipment.With the increasing number of domestic production enterprises,the use of pressure vessels is increasing rapidly.In order to ensure the safety of people's lives and property,it is of great significance to carry out regular inspection of pressure vessels.Through the analysis of two crack failure cases of pressure vessels,the causes of cracks are summarized,and the suggestions to prevent such failure risks are put forward,which provides a reference scheme for the maintenance management of the same type of equipment in China in the future.
