Analysis of Internal Defects of Industrial Boiler

本文通过总结某地市近五年工业锅炉内部检验的现状,统计检验结论为不符合要求的22份检验报告。从锅炉管理、锅炉房设置、锅炉本体和管道、锅炉结垢以及其他缺陷等五个方面,对检验报告中发现的这些问题进行缺陷类型统计,分析这些常见缺陷产生的原因。文章最后提出相应的工业锅炉安全防范控制措施,强调使用单位的安全责任主体意识和检验机构的内部检验工作重点。

In this paper,the current situation of the internal inspection of industrial boilers in a city in recent five years is summarized.Statistics of 22 inspection reports,whose inspection conclusions are not up to the requirements,are made.From five aspects of boiler management,boiler room setting,boiler body and pipeline,boiler scaling and other defects,the defects found in the inspection report are summarized,and the causes of these common defects are analyzed.Finally,the corresponding industrial boiler safety prevention and control measures are put forward.And the safety responsibility consciousness of the user and the internal inspection work focus of the inspection organization are emphasized.
