摘要
为了满足对航空发动机振动信号的研究需要,文中设计并实现了基于AM3358和Virtex5的航空发动机振动信号模拟系统。该系统由主控制模块及信号生成模块两大部分组成,控制模块使用PC端上位机及触摸屏进行信号参数设置及启停控制;信号生成模块利用DDS技术进行信号模拟,实现了频谱范围较宽、幅值精度高的多分量振动信号以及转速信号的同步模拟输出。
In order to satisfy the research demands of aero-engine vibration signal,the article designs and implements the aero-engine vibration signal simulation system based on AM3358 and Virtex5.This system is composed of two parts,including the main control module and the signal generation module.The main control module uses the PC terminal host computer and touch screen for signal parameters setting and start-stop control.The signal generation module uses DDS technology to implement simultaneous analog output of vibration signals and speed signals with a wide spectrum range and high amplitude accuracy.
