甜瓜果脐大小与雌花、果实性状相关性分析

Correlation Analysis of Blossom-end Scar Size,Female Flower and Fruit Traits in Melons

试验采用112份甜瓜自交系材料,通过测定果脐大小与雌花、果实性状指标,分析甜瓜果脐大小性状与雌花、果实性状之间的相关性;并根据果脐大小进行聚类分析。结果表明:甜瓜果脐大小与雌花花柱长度成显著正相关;与花冠直径、雌花子房直径、雌雄蕊高度比成极显著正相关;与果实果型指数成显著负相关;与中心含糖量、雌花子房指数成极显著负相关。雌雄蕊高度比与果脐大小相关性最大,相关系数为0.618,可以将这一性状作为花期果脐大小性状的筛选指标。根据果脐的大小可以将112份甜瓜自交系材料分为3大类,6个亚类群。

112 melon inbred lines were used to analyze the correlationbetweenblossom-end scar size,female flower and fruit traits by measuring blossom-end scar size,female flower and fruit traits,and cluster analysis was carried out according to blossom-end scar size.The results showed that the size of melon blossom-end scar size was significantly positively correlated with the diameter of pistil diameter and was extremely significantly positively related with the diameter of flower corolla,ovary diameter,and pistil to stamen height ratio.And in addition to that,it was significantly negatively related with fruit shape in index and extremely significantly negatively related with center sugar content and ovary index.The height ratio of pistil and stamen had the greatest correlation with the size of the blossom-end scar,with a correlation coefficient of 0.618.This trait can be used as a screening index for blossom-end scar size at flowering stage.According to the blossom-end scar size,112 melon inbred lines can be divided into 3 groups and 6 subgroups.
