新时代高校思政课国际视野培育的实践及其改进路径研究

Research on the Cultivation of the International Perspective of Ideological and Political Education in Colleges and Universities and Its Improvement in the New Era

新时代高校思政课加强学生国际视域的培育,是基于全球一体化发展、国家开放与参与全球治理、一流大学建设与国际性人才的培养、思政课合法性的提升与学生国际化适应能力、高等教育面向未来和面向世界等方面的需要。经验事实和调研发现,当下高校思政课国际视域培育非常不足,主要体现在教学内容和方式等方面的选用上国际化视域滞后。鉴于此,国家层面应面向世界以立足和平发展的需要,制定国际化人才培养的课程体系和政策体系,学校层面应以国际视域重构思政课教学的环境和条件,学生层面应以国际视域重构自身的学习世界。在这样的前提条件下,高校思政课应大力加强国际视野的培育,以系统论为推进框架,整体推进和改进目前的教学实践,形成国际视域培养的教学体系,以此提升自身的国际阐释力、影响力,推动人才培养高质量发展。

To strengthen the cultivation of students'international perspective in ideological and political courses in colleges and universities in the new era,it is based on the need of the development of globalization,the open and participation of the country in global governance,the construction of the first-class university and the training of international talents,the improvement of the legitimacy of ideological and political course and the international adaptability of students,the future-oriented and world-oriented higher education,etc..It is found that the cultivation of the international perspective of ideological and political course in colleges and universities is very insufficient,which is mainly reflected in the lag of teaching contents and methods.In view of this,the nation level should be oriented to the need of the world and based on the need for peaceful development to formulate an international talent training curriculum and policy system,and the colleges and universities should reconstruct the environment and conditions of ideological and political education from an international perspective,students should reconstruct their own learning world from the international perspective.The ideological and political course in colleges and universities should strengthen the cultivation of the international perspective,take the system theory as the advancing frame,and improve the present teaching practice in an integrated way,form a teaching system of international perspective training,enhance their international influence and promote the high-quality development of talent training.
