从他律到自律:高校教师职业道德评价转型的价值与实现路径

摘要 把握当前高校师德建设中所面临的问题与挑战,加强和完善高校教师职业道德评价模式改革,实现高校教师严于律己、敬岗自律,是新时代高校建设的重要任务。从"他律"到"自律"转型是高校教师职业道德评价的内在需求。对此,首先要发挥高校师德自律机制在教师队伍建设和思想政治工作中的模范作用,充分挖掘高校教师职业道德评价转型的价值底蕴。其次,注重提升高校教师队伍自身的马克思主义理论素养,以此作为师德自律的意识导向,坚持以学生为本的教育方针,充分发挥学生主观能动性。最后,构建高校教师职业道德的评价体系,以此作为师德自律的行为导向,真正发挥师德评价的发展性功能,实现我国高校教师在职业道德评价中的主体地位。 It is important for university development in the new era to handle the problems and challenges in university teachers’professional ethics improvement and to strengthen and perfect the reform of the evaluation mode of university teachers’professional ethics so that university teachers exercise strict self-discipline.The transformation from"heteronomy"to"self-discipline"is the internal demand of professional ethics evaluation of university teachers.To realize the transformation,the first thing to do is to give full play to the exemplary role of teachers’ethics self-discipline mechanism in teachers’development and ideological and political work,and fully explore the value of university teachers’professional ethics evaluation transformation.Secondly,university teachers’Marxist theoretical accomplishment should be improved as the ideological orientation of self-discipline in professional ethics.We should adhere to the student-oriented educational policy and bring the subjective initiative of students into full play.Finally,the evaluation system of university teachers’professional ethics should be constructed to work as the behavior guidance of teachers’self-discipline in professional ethics so as to realize university teachers’principal status in professional ethics evaluation.
