摘要
目的探讨生长分化因子-15(GDF-15)水平与糖尿病肾病(DN)不同分期的关系。方法在CNKI、PubMed、Cochrane Library、万方数据库、维普数据库检索自建库以来至2020年7月公开发表的有关GDF-15与DN关系的相关文献,采用Revman 5.3和Stata 12.0软件进行Meta分析。结果本研究共纳入9篇文献,Meta分析结果显示,微量白蛋白尿组GDF-15水平高于正常白蛋白尿组[SMD=0.87,95%CI:0.42~1.33,P<0.05],大量白蛋白尿组GDF-15水平高于微量白蛋白尿组[SMD=2.57,95%CI:1.01~4.13,P<0.05]和正常白蛋白尿组[SMD=3.49,95%CI:1.84~5.15,P<0.05]。结论DN患者血清GDF-15水平随其疾病严重程度加重而升高,测定GDF-15水平对判断DN病情有指导意义。
Objective To explore the relationship between the level of growth differentiation factor-15(GDF-15)and staging of diabetic nephropathy by meta-analysis.Methods The articles about GDF-15 and diabetic nephropathy published from CNKI,Pubmed,Cochrane Library,Wanfang database and VIP database before July 2020 were analyzed by Revman 5.3 and Stata 12.0.Results A total of 9 articles were included in this study.Meta-analysis showed that the level of GDF-15 in microscale albuminuria group was higher than that in normal albuminuria group(SWD=0.87,95%CI:0.42~1.33,P<0.05),and GDF-15 level in macro albuminuria group was higher than that in microscale albuminuria group(SMD=2.57,95%CI:1.01~4.13,P<0.05)and normal albuminuria group(SMD=3.49,95%CI:1.84~5.15,P<0.05).Conclusion The serum GDF-15 level in diabetic nephropathy increases with the disease severity,and the determination of GDF-15 may has clinical significance.
