摘要
针对传统的工艺过程存在的精度低、质量差、安全程度低等弊端,设计某固定推进剂复合加工的自动化控制系统。分析推进剂加工的传统工艺过程,提出实现研究内容和设计要点,完成硬件平台框架的搭建,并在实际项目中得到了应用验证。验证结果表明:该系统实现了推进剂复合加工的自动化,具有设计周期短的优点。
Aiming at the disadvantages,such as low precision,poor quality and low safety in the traditional process,an automatic control system for certain type composite processing of a fixed propellant was designed.This paper analyzes the traditional process of propellant processing,puts forward the research content and design points,completes the construction of hardware platform framework,and has been applied in the actual project.The verification results show that the system realizes the automation of propellant composite processing and has the advantage of short design cycle.
