人类命运共同体思想汲取并涵养了中国传统“和”文化的营养和智慧。其内含了“天人合一”的宇宙观、“协和万邦”的国际观、“和而不同”的社会观和“人心和善”的道德观的“和”文化内核。在中国特色社会主义面临“两个大局”的历史境遇和现实挑战下,将中国传统“和”文化与时代发展大势相结合,创造合作共赢的国际观,营建公道正义的安全观,推动不断进步的人类社会发展观,维护多样性的世界文明观,建立绿色文明的生态观,实现中国传统“和”文化新时代的创造性转化和创新性发展,在世界舞台彰显中国传统“和”文化的独特魅力和智慧,是人类命运共同体思想的题中应有之义和必然要求。

The idea of“a community with a shared future for mankind”draws the nutrition from the wisdom of Chinese traditional“Harmony”culture and cultivates.It contains the cultural core of“Harmony”which compri⁃ses the universal outlook of“Harmony between Mankind and Nature”,the international outlook of“Harmony a⁃mong all Nations”,the social view of“Harmony in Diversity”,and the moral view of“Harmony in the Heart of Mankind”.Against the historical situation and realistic challenge of“Both Domestic and International Impera⁃tives”faced by socialism with Chinese characteristics,it is an inherent meaning and inevitable requirement for the idea of“a community with a shared future for mankind”to combine the traditional Chinese“Harmony”cul⁃ture with the development trend of times,to establish and promote an international vision of win-win coopera⁃tion,a security vision of fairness and justice,a development vision of continuously growing human society,a civ⁃ilization vision of global diversity,and an ecological vision of green civilization,so as to enhance the creative transformation and innovative development of Chinese traditional“Harmony”culture in a new era,showing the essence of traditional Chinese“Harmony”culture on the world stage and spreading the wisdom in it.
