摘要 肥大细胞增生症(mastocytosis)是肥大细胞的克隆性增生的一组异质性的疾病,而系统性肥大细胞增生症(systemic mastocytosis,SM)是其中的一大类疾病,又可以根据临床表现和疾病特点分为不同的亚型。SM是一种罕见疾病,也是一组异质性疾病,患者预后差异较大,其中侵袭性系统性肥大细胞增生症(ASM)预后较差,国内相关文献报道极少。本文结合我院1例ASM的病例进行临床病理特点分析并文献复习。
