摘要
抑制素、活化素和卵泡抑素是雌性动物卵巢内重要的调节因子,通过自分泌和旁分泌机制调节卵泡细胞分化和类固醇激素的合成。三者组成的抑制素-活化素-卵泡抑素系统在动物各个生殖阶段均起到重要的调控作用。从发现三种激素至今,多年的研究也使人们对其有了更深入了解,本文主要就抑制素、活化素和卵泡抑素的分子结构特性、生理功能、受体及作用机制进行综述。
Inhibin, activin and follistatin are important regulatory factors in the ovaries of female animals. They regulate follicular cell differentiation and steroid hormone synthesis of the animals through autocrine and paracrine mechanisms. The inhibin-activin-follistatin axis system plays important regulatory roles in different stages of animal reproduction. Since the discovery of the three hormones, years of research have given us a deeper understanding of them. This paper mainly summarizes the molecular structures, physiological functions, receptors and mechanisms of inhibin, activin and follistatin.
