高分辨率经颅直流电刺激对第二外语联想记忆能力的影响

Effects of HD-tDCS on Second Foreign Language Associative Memory

目的基于联想记忆表现评估经颅直流电刺激对联想记忆能力的影响,选取最优刺激靶点。方法将15名志愿者随机分成刺激组和对照组,分别分批使用高分辨率经颅直流电真/伪刺激左侧顶下小叶(P3)和左前额叶(F3)。评估刺激前后第二外语记忆能力,记录正确情况和反应时间。将记录到的数据进行配对样本t检验,分析其经颅直流电刺激对联想学习表现的影响,比较靶点优劣。结果对受试者施加1.5mA经颅直流电刺激后,分析刺激前后记忆表现数据变化,发现受试者在两次刺激后联想记忆能力均得到加强(P<0.05)。两靶点刺激均有益于提升关于第二外语联想记忆能力。靶点间对比无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论左侧顶下小叶和左前额叶均可以作为有效靶点提升第二外语学习表现。

Objective Based on the associative memory performance,the effects of HD-tDCS on associa-tive memory were evaluated and the optimal stimulation target was selected.Methods Fifteen volun-teers were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.True/sham stimula-tion of the left inferior parietal lobule(P3)and left prefrontal lobe(F3)were used in separate bat-ches.The second foreign language memory ability was assessed before and after stimulation,and the results of correct rate and reaction time were recorded.Paired-samples t-tests was performed on the recorded data,the effecst of HD-tDCS on their associative learning performance was analyzed,and the superiority and the inferiority of the targets were compared.Results After applying 1.5 mA HD-tDCS to the volunteers,the changes of data on memory performance before and after stimulation were ana-lyzed and it was found that the volunteers'associative memory ability was enhanced after both stimu-lations(P<0.05).The stimulation of both targets was beneficial in enhancing the associative memo-ry regarding to the second foreign language,and there was no significant difference between the target comparisons(P>0.05).Conclusion Both the left inferior parietal lobule and the left prefrontal lobe can be used as effective targets to enhance second language learning performance.
