摘要
对K403复杂薄壁铸件进行了铸造工艺研究,包括铸件结构分析、浇注系统设计、工艺参数确定等。铸件在试制过程中出现了浇不足缺陷,为此设计了正交试验对浇注工艺进行优化,数值模拟和极差分析,结果发现,对充型影响的排序为浇注温度>浇注系统>型壳温度,并且不同浇注方案下的流量分配有较大差异。选取最优的一个方案进行了试验验证,铸件充型完整,且表面质量良好。
The casting process of K403 complex thin wall parts was studied, including casting structure analysis, pouring system design, technological parameters determination, etc. The misrun defects appeared in the trial production process of parts, so the orthogonal experiment was carried out to optimize the pouring system. The numerial simulation and range analysis results show that the sequence affecting the mold filling is pouring temperature>pouring system>shell mold temperature, and the mold filling effect under different casting processes has great difference. The castings produced using the optimized pouring system had complete mold filling and good surface quality.
