我国临床质谱检测系统及量值溯源的现状与发展

Clinical Mass Spectrometry Detection System and Quantification Traceability in China:Current Status and Development

近年来质谱技术及其应用在我国发展十分迅速,在临床检验领域尤其是在临床生化检验方面的作用越来越明显,特别是液相层析-串联质谱法(LC-MS/MS)在各种生物样品中小分子化合物的定量检测及临床检验量值溯源方面应用越来越广泛。目前市场上已有诸多与不同类型质谱仪相配套的商品化检测试剂盒,为质谱技术的临床应用提供了全套解决方案。本文重点介绍质谱技术及其临床应用、我国商品化质谱分析仪与配套检测试剂及其质量评价方法,同时对该领域的量值溯源情况(包括参考方法和参考物质)进行简要总结。

Mass spectrometry and its application have developed rapidly in China in recent years,and played an important role in clinical detection,especially clinical biochemical examination.The role of liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS)is becoming more and more widely used in the quantitative detection of small molecular compounds in various biological samples and traceability of clinical detection.At present,commercially developed kits based on mass spectrometry have appeared on the market,mass spectrometry-based kits can provide full set of solutions.This article was aimed to introduce mass spectrometry and its clinical application;commercial mass spectrometers,mass spectrometry-based kits and its quality evaluation methods;as well as the research progress of accurate quantitative analysis of small molecules based on liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry.At the same time,the traceability of accurate quantitative analysis of small molecules(including reference methods and reference materials)was briefly summarized.
