摘要
利用近红外光谱技术(NIRS),连续监测15名每周规律锻炼1-3次者和13名不经常锻炼者在进行负荷运动时,大腿股外侧肌肉组织氧合血红蛋白浓度的变化,同时监测心率(HR)、踝臂指数(ABI)、肱-踝动脉脉搏波传导速度(baPWV)的变化。结果显示适当规律锻炼组的运动时间、恢复时间和肌氧含量恢复速度均优于不运动组;同时运动负荷对于两组人群ABI和baPWV的影响都非常显著(P<0.05),但是两组的ABI和baPWV无显著性差异。结论:经常锻炼可以改善骨骼肌肌氧含量的恢复速度。
Near-infrared spectroscopy(NIRS)was used to continuously monitor the concentration variation of oxyhemoglobin(HbO2)in the vastus lateralis as well as heart rate(HR)of fifteen people who exercise regularly 1-3 times a week and thirteen people who do not exercise regularly when they were doing load exercise.The changes of ankle-brachial index(ABI)and brachial-ankle artery pulse wave velocity(baPWV)were also monitored before and after the exercise.The results show that the exercise time,recovery time,and the muscle oxygen recovery rate of group with regular exercise were significantly superior to that of group without regular exercise.No significant differences of ABI and baPWV were found between the two groups,though exercise may impact ABI and baPWV significantly in both groups.Appropriate regular exercise can improve the recovery speed of skeletal muscle oxygen content.
