在乡村振兴战略背景下,农村地区家庭医生签约服务是保障农村居民身心健康的关键,也是实现基层卫生服务分级诊疗的重要途径。从服务功能的定位、政策制定、实践效果等方面阐释农村家庭医生签约服务模式的现状及所存在的问题,系统分析其在农村地区医疗卫生服务中的重要性和必要性。进而通过对现状、问题、对策三方面的研究,深入阐述家庭医生签约模式在农村地区医疗服务领域的立法和实现路径。

In the context of the rural revitalization strategy,contracting services by family doctors in rural areas is the key to ensuring the physical and mental health of rural residents,and it is also an important way to achieve graded diagnosis and treatment of primary health services.This paper explained the current status and existing problems of the contracted service model of rural family doctors in terms of service function positioning,policy formulation,and practical effects,and systematically analyzed its importance and necessity in rural medical and health services.Furthermore,through the study of theoretical issues and countermeasures,it elaborated on the legislation and implementation path of the family doctor contract model in the field of medical services in rural areas.
