剪力墙结构建筑的剪力墙混凝土置换设计——以湖南某工程为例

Concrete Replacement Design of Shear Wall in Shear Wall Structure Building——Taking a Project in Hunan as an Example

为了解剪力墙结构建筑的剪力墙混凝土置换设计方法,论文以湖南某工程为例,结合置换混凝土加固法的内涵及原理,从支撑卸载、墙体连接、建模计算、流水施工区划分、混凝土拆除置换几个方面,简要阐述了剪力墙结构建筑的剪力墙混凝土置换设计思路。同时,从局部支撑、墙体分段拆除、界面处理、混凝土浇筑几个方面,论述了剪力墙结构建筑的剪力墙混凝土置换具体设计方案,并从科学选择置换用混凝土材料、确定最佳拆除开洞尺寸2个方面提出了几点注意事项。

In order to understand the shear wall concrete replacement design method of shear wall structure building,taking a project in Hunan as an example,combined with the connotation and principle of replacement concrete reinforcement method,this paper briefly expounds the shear wall concrete replacement design idea of shear wall structure building from the aspects of support unloading,wall connection,modeling calculation,flow construction area division,concrete demolition and replacement.At the same time,the concrete replacement design scheme of shear wall structure building is discussed from the aspects of local support,wall section demolition,interface treatment and concrete pouring.Some points for attention are put forward from two aspects:scientifically selecting concrete materials for replacement and determining the optimal size of demolition opening.
