摘要
随着我国基本设施建设规模的不断扩大,桥梁施工技术也得到了迅速发展。由于桥梁桩基施工具有不可逆性,且是桥梁受力的重要结构,需重点把控。旋挖钻成孔具有施工速度快、占用临时场地少等优点,得到了广泛应用,但对于清孔工艺的选择仍未达成一致。论文以中砂大桥主墩桩基施工为例,介绍了一种反循环配合旋挖钻的施工工艺,由反循环钻进土层、旋挖钻进岩层、再由反循环清孔,通过工艺的结合,提高了施工效率,保证了成桩质量。该工艺的成功实施提高了项目应用效益,为类似工程提供了参考。
With the continuous expansion of infrastructure construction,bridge construction technology has been rapidly developed.Because of the irreversibility of bridge pile foundation construction and the important structure of bridge stress,it is necessary to focus on the control.The rotary drilling hole has the advantages of fast construction speed and less occupation of temporary site,and has been widely used,but the choice of hole cleaning technology is still to reach an agreement.Taking the main pier pile foundation of Zhongsha bridge as an example,this paper introduces a construction technology of reverse circulation combined with rotary drilling,in which the soil layer is drilled by reverse circulation,the rock layer is drilled by rotary digging,and the hole is cleared by reverse circulation,through the combination of technology,the construction efficiency is improved and the pile quality is guaranteed.The successful implementation of the process improves the application benefit of the project and provides a reference for similar projects.
