沥青路面层间温度分析及路面平整度的控制

Analysis of Temperature Between Asphalt Pavement Layers and Control of Pavement Smoothness

根据多年的沥青混凝土路面施工和养护作业实践,沥青路面的平整度受路基填筑施工质量、沥青混凝土质量、摊铺作业质量及后期养护等因素的影响。平整度作为路面使用性能的一项重要指标,对路面施工及养护工作有极其重要的意义。通过分析平整度的影响因素来指导路面施工和养护管理,可以做到有的放矢,是高速公路建养一体化科学管理的具体体现。论文分别分析了路基、底基层、基层平整度、沥青混合料质量、摊铺机械及摊铺作业、碾压作业、施工缝、沥青路面层间温度对沥青混凝土面层平整度的影响,对科学指导施工有借鉴意义。

Based on years of asphalt concrete pavement construction and maintenance work practice,the smoothness of asphalt pavement is affected by many factors,such as the quality of embankment filling construction,asphalt concrete quality,paving quality and later maintenance.As an important index of pavement performance,flatness plays an important role in pavement construction and maintenance.By analyzing the influencing factors of flatness to guide the pavement construction and maintenance management,we can achieve a definite goal,which is the concrete embodiment of the integrated scientific management of expressway construction and maintenance.This paper analyzes the influence of subgrade,base level,base level flatness,asphalt mixture quality,paving machinery and paving operation,rolling operation,construction joint,asphalt pavement surface temperature on the flatness of asphalt concrete surface,which has reference significance for scientific construction.
