摘要
预制装配节点是预制装配结构的传力枢纽,也是其薄弱环节,关系到整个预制装配结构的受力性能和安全。论文在对2种新型预制装配节点进行试验研究的基础上,分别对其进行受拉、受压、受剪、受弯承载力计算,并结合数值试验提出相关设计方法。结果表明,2种新型节点具有较好的受力性能,所提设计方法可有效应用于实际工程。
The prefabricated joint is the the force transmission hub and the weak link of prefabricate assembly structure,which is related to the mechanical performance and safety of the whole prefabricated structure.Based on the preliminary experimental study of two new prefabricated joints,the paper calculates the tensile,compressive,shear and flexural bearing capacity respectively,and proposes relevant design methods combined with numerical tests.The results show that the structural performance of two new types of prefabricated joint is good,and the design methods can be applied to practical engineering effectively.
