Exploration and Analysis of Hollowing and Falling off of Wall Tiles in Kitchen and Bathroom

从住宅项目厨卫墙砖空鼓和脱落的危害性入手,并结合现有的施工规范对墙砖铺贴施工工艺及空鼓和脱落问题产生的主要部位进行了简要的论述。以某房地产企业所承建的住宅项目中存在的各类墙砖空鼓和脱落案例为研究对象,分析了不同工序施工主体和施工工序质量对墙砖空鼓和脱落所产生的不利影响。

Starting with the harmfulness of hollowing out and falling off of kitchen and bathroom wall tiles in residential projects,this paper briefly discusses the construction technology of wall tile paving and the main parts of hollowing out and falling off problems combined with the existing construction specifications.Then,taking various cases of wall brick hollowing out and falling off in residential projects undertaken by a real estate enterprise as the research object,this paper analyzes and discusses the adverse effects of the intersection of construction units and the quality of construction procedures on wall brick hollowing out and falling off.
