新冠疫情背景下奥林匹克运动改革新动向研究

Research on the New Trend in Olympic Reform in the Context of COVID-19

面对全球肆虐的新冠肺炎疫情,奥林匹克运动积极变革,从核心理念、改革措施等层面调整发展思路,以期更好地迎接挑战,与不确定性共容共生。采用文献资料法、文本分析法、比较分析法解读国际奥委会关于奥林匹克运动格言更新的提议以及最新颁布的改革战略路线图——《奥林匹克2020+5议程》中的改革措施,认为该议程在促进奥运之路、鼓励虚拟运动的发展、加强对难民的支持等方面提出了面对新形势、新情况的新举措;在注重奥运会的特殊性与普遍性、深化可持续发展、激励顶尖运动员、促进体育赛历和谐共生、强化性别平等以及创新创收发展模式等方面体现了对原有《奥林匹克2020议程》的继承与发展。研究表明:新冠疫情背景下奥林匹克运动的改革在构建人类社会的团结、助力实现奥运遗产可持续发展的目标以及办好北京2022年冬奥会和冬残奥会等方面具有一定的启示意义。

In the face of the global COVID-19 pandemic,the Olympic Movement has been actively reforming and adjusting its developmental thinking from the perspectives of core philosophies and reform measures in order to better meet the challenges and coexist with uncertainties. By applying the methods of documentary research,textual analysis and comparative study,this paper intends to interpret the IOC’s proposal to add one word to the Olympic motto and the reform measures in the“Olympic Agenda 2020+5”,the latest strategic reform roadmap issued by the IOC. It is believed that for one thing,the“Olympic Agenda 2020+5”has proposed innovative measures in the face of a new situation,such as promoting the Olympic Movement,encouraging the development of virtual sports,and strengthening support for refugees;for another,the Agenda is also the successor to the“Olympic Agenda 2020”in terms of focusing on the particularity and universality of the Olympic Games,furthering Olympic sustainability,motivating the best athletes,coordinating the sporting calendar,strengthening gender equality and innovating in revenue generation models. The research shows that the reform in the Olympic Movement in the context of COVID-19 is highly relevant to fostering human solidarity,creating sustainable Olympic legacies and successfully delivering the Beijing 2022 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games.
