奥运会举办模式指的是奥运会在举办与组织管理过程中形成的范型、模板与式样。新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情对奥运会举办模式产生剧烈冲击与深远影响。后疫情时期,奥运会主体关系将从失衡状态逐步寻求动态平衡;奥运会申办方式将从多方竞争改为对话协商;奥运会交付过程及成本管控将更加严格;奥运会举办将更加注重积极、长远和可持续性遗产。作为全球体育治理体系中的负责任大国,中国应强化与奥运会举办主体之间关系,积极参与未来奥运会举办地的遴选,打造顺利交付奥运会的中国样本,提供奥运会举办遗产的中国范例,为实现中国体育和经济社会同世界奥林匹克运动发展的双赢做出应有贡献。

The Olympic Games hosting model refers to the paradigm,template and style formed in the process of the organization and administration of the Olympic Games. The COVID-19 pandemic has had a severe and profound impact on the Olympic Games hosting model. In the post-pandemic period,the relationship among the Olympic Games’ key stakeholders will gradually seek a dynamic balance from an imbalance;the Olympic bidding procedure will be shifted from multi-party competition to dialogue and consultation;the Olympic delivery process and cost control will be more stringent;the Olympic Games will focus more on a positive,long-term and sustainable legacy. As a responsible nation in the global sports governance system,China should strengthen its relationship with the Olympic Games’ stakeholders,actively participate in the bid for hosting future Olympic Games,set a fine Chinese example of delivering successful Olympic Games,and provide a Chinese example of a sustainable Olympic legacy. China will contribute to realizing a win-win situation for domestic sports,socioeconomic development and the Olympic movement.
