面向增强现实引导的设备维修工艺知识管理方法 被引量:4

Knowledge Management Technology of Equipment Maintenance Oriented to Augmented Reality Guidance

摘要 针对设备故障维修领域信息管理不规范、结构性差、可视化表达不直观的问题,文中提出了一种面向增强现实环境的设备维修工艺知识管理方法。采用E-R图建立维修工艺信息模型,并根据此模型建立数控机床维修工艺知识库,实现维修工艺知识的建模、索引与增强可视化;开发增强现实环境下的维修指导系统,可视化引导维修工艺流程;最后通过数控机床“刀库原点丢失”故障维修案例进行应用验证,验证表明提出的维修工艺知识管理方法满足增强现实引导需求,提高了维修效率。 Aiming at the problems of nonstandard information management,poor structure and non-intuitive visualization expression in the field of equipment fault maintenance,this paper proposes a method of equipment maintenance process knowledge management oriented to augmented reality environment.The maintenance process information model is established by using E-R diagram,and the maintenance process knowledge base of CNC machine tool is established according to this model to realize the modeling,indexing and enhanced visualization of maintenance process knowledge;the maintenance guidance system under augmented reality environment is developed to visually guide the maintenance process;finally,the application verification is carried out through the failure maintenance case of"tool magazine origin loss"of the CNC machine tool.It shows that the proposed maintenance process knowledge management method meets the needs of augmented reality guidance and improves the maintenance efficiency.
