摘要 对一款应用于国产化地铁车辆辅助电源系统的整流装置进行设计。该装置采用了主预充回路、三相不控整流桥、基于LC滤波的移相全桥方波逆变器和全桥整流电路,主控CPU芯片为TMS320F28335。主控芯片通过对模拟量、数字量采集进行系统的核心算法控制及整流装置运行逻辑控制,在软件控制基础上优化LC参数提高输入输出电压精度及稳定性。应用Matlab进行了系统仿真之后,组装了一台样机。试验结果表明设计方案正确、输出特性效果良好。该方案的设计为后续产品推广市场打下了良好基础。 A rectifier device applied to the auxiliary power system of domestic subway vehicles is designed.The device adopts the main pre-charge circuit,three-phase uncontrolled rectifier bridge,phase shift full bridge square wave inverter of the basic LC filter and the full bridge rectifier circuit,and the main CPU chip is TMS320 F28335.The main control chip controls the core algorithm control of the system and the operation logic control of the rectifier device through acquiring the analog quantity and digital quantity.On the basis of software control,optimize the LC parameters to improve the accuracy and stability of the input and output voltage.After the system simulation is carried out with Matlab,a prototype is assembled.The test results show that the design scheme is correct and output characteristics are good.The design of the program lays a good foundation for the follow-up product promotion market.
