摘要
随着电子技术的高速发展,静电防护越来越受到重视。在分析静电产生的原因及危害的基础上,归纳总结了实验室静电防护的主要措施,重点讲述了静电接地、离子中和、抑制起电、静电屏蔽等静电防护技术,涉及的防护方法或设备在相关标准中的要求,对防静电实验室的静电防护工作具有指导和借鉴意义。
With the rapid development of electronic technology,more and more attention is paid to electrostatic protection.On the basis of analyzing the reason of static electricity generation and the damage caused by static electricity,some measures of electrostatic protection in the laboratory are proposed.The technology of electrostatic grounding,electrostatic shielding,ion neutralization and the requirements of electrostatic protection standards is analyzed.And it has important directive and reference significance for electrostatic protection in the laboratory.
