三大经济圈新一代信息技术产业竞争力评价与区域差异研究

Research on Competitiveness Evaluation and Regional Disparity of the New Generation Information Technology Industry Based on the Three Economic Circles

运用改进的CRITIC赋权法对2010~2017年我国三大经济圈新一代信息技术产业竞争力进行了统计评价,采用四分位图、基尼系数(GINI)、泰尔指数(TI)、对数离差均值(MLD)进一步识别其空间分布特征与区域差异规律。结果表明:三大经济圈新一代信息技术产业竞争力整体处于较低水平,呈现环渤海>长三角>珠三角的空间分布格局。三大经济圈11个省市产业竞争力在态、势两维度差异性显著,存在一定程度的失衡现象。三大经济圈区域差异显著,考察期内区域失衡现象有所缓解;长三角区域内差异程度处于三大经济圈之首;珠三角与环渤海区域间差异最大;总体区域差异主要来源于区域内差异。

This paper uses the improved critical weighting method to evaluate the competitiveness of the new generation information technology industry of China′s three major economic circles from 2010 to 2017,and further identifies its spatial distribution characteristics and regional differences by using the quartile map,Gini coefficient,Theil index and mean logarithmic deviation(MLD).Results show that,the competitiveness of the new generation information technology industry in the three economic circles is at a low level,showing the spatial distribution pattern of Bohai Rim>Yangtze River Delta>Pearl River Delta.The industrial competitiveness of 11 provinces and cities in the three economic circles has significant differences in state and potential,and there is a certain degree of imbalance.Results show that there are significant regional differences among the three economic circles,and the regional imbalance has eased during the investigation period.The regional differences in the Yangtze River Delta are the first among the three economic circles.The regional differences between the Pearl River Delta and the Bohai rim are the largest.The overall regional differences mainly come from the regional differences.
