众创空间平台开放度对在孵企业商业模式创新的影响研究

Research on the Impact of Maker Space′s Platform Openness on Incubating Enterprises′ Business Model Innovation

在大众创业与万众创新背景下,把众创空间作为"双创"服务平台,从平台视角探讨其平台开放度对在孵企业商业模式创新的影响,加入了知识共享的中介作用和冗余资源的调节作用,得到了一个有调节的中介模型,并通过收集来自不同"双创"服务平台的219家在孵企业的样本数据对模型进行统计检验以获得实证依据。研究结果表明:平台开放度对在孵企业商业模式创新有显著正向影响;知识共享在平台开放度与商业模式创新之间起完全中介作用;冗余资源在平台的开放度对知识共享的影响中起着负向调节作用;冗余资源负向调节知识共享的中介效应,冗余资源较低时,平台开放度通过知识共享对商业模式创新的中介效应较强。

In the context of mass entrepreneurship and innovation,this paper treats maker space as an innovation and entrepreneurship service platform,discusses the influence of platform openness on the business model innovation of incubating enterprises from the perspective of the platform.By adding the mediating role of knowledge sharing and the moderating role of slack resources,it finally gets a moderated mediation model.This model is statistically tested to obtain empirical evidence by collecting sample data from 219 incubating companies from different innovation and entrepreneurship service platforms.Results show that,there is a positive relationship between platform openness and business model innovation of incubating enterprises.Knowledge sharing plays a completely mediating role between platform openness and business model innovation.Slack resources play a negative moderating role in the impact of platform openness on knowledge sharing.Slack resources moderate the intermediary effect of knowledge sharing negatively,that is,knowledge sharing has a stronger mediating effect between platform openness and business model innovation when slack resources are low.
