摘要
病理学对深入认识和研究眼肿瘤眼眶病的发病机制及其发生和发展的规律十分重要,在眼肿瘤眼眶病的诊断、鉴别诊断、个性化治疗方案的制定、监测病情变化及评估预后等方面可提供重要的客观依据,具有不可或缺的作用。本文中笔者在结合相关文献以及多年临床病理学检测的应用心得,归纳和总结了病理学检测对眼肿瘤眼眶病诊断、治疗及学术研究中的实际价值,期望引起眼科医师的重视。
Pathology is very important to study deeply and understand the pathogenesis,occurrence and development of ocular tumors and orbitopathy,which can provide the objective evidence for the diagnosis,differential diagnosis of ocular tumors and orbital diseases,the formulation of personalized treatment plans,monitoring and evaluating of disease changes and prognosis.Thus,pathology plays indispensable role in mentioned above.Based on the relevant literature of the diagnosis and treatment of ocular tumors and orbital diseases and the author′s clinical experience in the application of pathological detection for years,the practical value of pathological detection in the diagnosis and treatment of ocular tumors and orbital diseases was summarized,which is hopeful for ophthalmologists to pay attention to the value of pathology in the diagnosis and treatment of ocular tumors and orbital diseases.
