摘要
随着大庆油田第三次采油作业的逐步推进,聚驱已经成为油田提高采收率的主要手段。筒式过滤器中过滤袋作为聚驱母液杂质过滤的关键部件,具有操作简单、造价便宜等优点,但穿孔、堵塞和腐蚀等会导致滤袋失效而频繁更换,极大地影响了采油生产效率,并造成较大资源浪费。因此,从聚驱母液性质、滤袋性质、过滤工艺三方面,分析影响滤袋更换周期的主要因素,并提出了根据聚驱母液性质正确选择滤袋、提高滤袋质量和规范过滤操作工艺等技术对策,为提高大庆油田三次采油的整体采收率提供了技术支持。
With the gradual advancement of the third oil production operation in Daqing Oilfield,polymer flooding has become the main means of enhancing oil recovery.As a key device for polymer flooding mother liquor impurity filtration,bag filter has the advantages of simple operation,but perforation,clogging and corrosion will cause filter bag failure and frequent replacement,which greatly affects the production efficiency of oil production and causes relatively large resources.waste.Therefore,from the three aspects of polymer flooding mother liquid properties,filter bag properties,and filtration process,the main factors affecting the filter bag replacement cycle are analyzed,and the correct selection of filter bags according to the polymer flooding mother liquid properties,the improvement of filter bag quality and the standard filtration operation process are proposed.And other technical measures have provided technical support for improving the overall recovery rate of tertiary oil recovery in Daqing Oilfield.
