Emergency Management of Petrochemical Enterprises in New Period

石化企业风险较高,尤其在生产经营中需重视应急管理,确保企业的生产安全。初步研究发现,企业管理者并不在意应急管理,缺乏防范、安全控制意识,致使企业存在各种安全隐患。鉴于此,就新时期石化企业的应急管理展开了全方位的分析,以应急管理的特点为切入点,分析了应急管理过程的实施要求,论述了应急管理的核心,并提出了关键实施策略,确保了石油化工企业的安全生产。

For petrochemical enterprises,the risk is high,especially in production and management,we should pay attention to emergency management to ensure the production safety of enterprises.The preliminary study found that enterprise managers do not care about emergency management,lack of awareness of prevention,safety control,resulting in various safety risks.In view of this,this paper analyzes the emergency management of petrochemical enterprises in the new period,takes the characteristics of emergency management as the starting point,analyzes the implementation requirements of the emergency management process,and discusses the core of emergency management.The key implementation strategies are put forward to ensure the safety of petrochemical enterprises.
