摘要
目前,气井开采工作对于我国石油化工企业的发展而言,有决定性的影响。排水采气工艺技术的使用范围相对较广,并且获得较为明显的开采效果。在针对气井井下节流排水工艺进行分析的过程当中,重点分析节流器井泡排实验,以及适应性分析的内容。在了解气井井下交流排水采集工艺的实际难点之后,以这些难点作为基础,提出科学合理的解决对策,并且对目前大范围使用的节流器进行优化以及设计。
At present,the development of gas wells has a decisive influence on the development of my country’s petrochemical enterprises.As far as we know the situation,the use of drainage gas recovery technology is relatively wide,it can be widely used in active work,and obtain more obvious mining results.In the process of analyzing the downhole choke drainage technology of gas wells,we focused on the analysis of choke down test and choke well bubble drainage experiment,as well as the content of adaptability analysis for in-depth discussion.After understanding the actual difficulties of the downhole exchange drainage collection technology of gas wells,based on these difficulties,scientific and reasonable solutions are proposed,and the current restrictors used in a wider range are optimized and designed.
