Based on the experience of using gas chromatograph in laboratory,this paper summarizes the application of gas chromatograph Common faults of gas path system and injection system and their solutions.The main fault of gas system is air tightness,so professional testing instruments are needed for troubleshooting;The main faults of the injection system are packed column faults and capillary column faults,and the main solution is to analyze and solve the faults by troubleshooting.At the same time,the key points of technical maintenance of laboratory gas chromatograph were summarized to ensure its operation stability,separation effectiveness and detection accuracy.
