摘要
以某公司的废水处理站产生的生产废水为设计对象,其生产废水设计处理规模为120m3/d,进水COD为28000-30000。采用破乳气浮预处理-水解酸化-一级好氧-二级A/O-三级A/O为主体工艺,设计出水达到园区接管标准和《合成树脂工业污染物排放标准》(GB 31572—2015),为水溶性丙烯酸乳液生产废水的处理提供了经济高效的工艺途径。
Based on a company’s wastewater treatment plant.The treatment scale is 120m3/d and the inflow CODCr is 28000~30000mg/L.The main treatment process is demulsification and air floatation pretreatment-hydrolytic acidification-first aerationsecond A/O process-third A/O process.The quality of output water can reach the park takeover Standard and Emission Standard of Pollutants for Synthetic Resin Industry(GB 31572-2015).This design provides a cost-effective for the comprehensive treatment of industrial wastewater from water-soluble acrylate.
