摘要
以当前建设规模为日加注1000kg、35MPa氢气的加氢站为研究对象,根据质量守恒定律,建立了计算加氢站储氢瓶组取气率的数学模型。从原理上研究了储氢容器高、中、低压不同容积比例设置对其取气率的影响。结果表明,随着低压储氢瓶组水容积逐渐增加,整个加氢站储氢容器的取气率呈先增大后减小的趋势,当高、中、低压储氢容器的水容积比例为2∶3∶4时,整个加氢站储氢容器的取气率最高,为46.483%。
Based on the law of conservation of mass,a mathematical model was established to calculate the gas extraction rate of hydrogen storage bottle group in a hydrogenation station with a daily hydrogen injection capacity of 1000kg and 35MPa.The effect of different volume ratio of high,medium and low pressure on the gas extraction rate of hydrogen storage vessel was studied in principle.The results show that with the increase of water volume of low-pressure hydrogen storage bottle group,the gas extraction rate of hydrogen storage container in the whole hydrogenation station first increases and then decreases.When the water volume ratio of high,medium and low-pressure hydrogen storage containers is 2∶3∶4,the gas extraction rate of hydrogen storage container in the whole hydrogenation station is the highest,which is 46.483%.
