摘要
为探究高职化学实验室建设与运行的有效途径,建立了一套实验室管理体系及运行机制,分析了实验室运行管理的模式及运行中存在的主要问题。在总结经验的基础上,针对这些问题,通过理顺实验室管理体制、调整考核激励机制、加强内部运行管理、协调教学与检测服务功能等一系列举措,采取实验室与企业紧密合作、检测与教学有效融合,开展面向社会有偿服务的实践,以达到培养高素质技术技能型人才的目的。
In order to explore the effective ways of constructing and operating the chemistry laboratory in higher vocational and technical college,a set of management system and operation mechanism has been established.This study analyzed the main problems existing in the operation and management mode of the laboratory.To tackle these problems,based on the previous experience,a series of measures could be taken,such as straightening out the laboratory management system,adjusting the assessment and incentive mechanism,strengthening internal operations management,coordinating teaching and testing service functions.Close cooperation between the laboratory and enterprises,the effective integration of testing and teaching,and the development of socially paid service would help to achieve the goal of cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents.
