摘要
目的:汉化微型饮食观察营养筛查量表(MEONF-II),并对中文版MEONF-II的信度、效度进行检验。方法:采用Brislin翻译模式对原量表进行翻译及文化调适。采用连续性抽样法于2020年8—10月对在上海市某三级甲等医院外科住院的老年患者144例进行调查,以检验量表的信度、效度。结果:中文版MEONF-II各条目得分与量表总分之间的相关系数为0.377~0.689,量表的Cronbach’sα系数为0.731,量表评价者间信度ICC为0.947,量表条目水平的内容效度指数(I-CVI值)为1.000,量表水平的内容效度指数(S-CVI/UA值)为1.000,与微型营养评估量表(MNA)总分的相关系数为-0.696(P<0.001)。结论:中文版MEONF-II具有良好的信度、效度,适用性强,可用于外科老年住院患者的营养筛查,可为临床实践提供可靠的工具。
Objective:To translate the Minimal Eating Observation and Nutrition Form-Version II(MEONF-II)into Chinese version and to evaluate its reliability and validity.Methods:The MEONF-II was translated based on Brislin translation model.A total of 144 elderly patients in the surgical ward of a tertiary hospital in Shanghai were surveyed to test the reliability and validity of the scale.Results:The Cronbach's alpha coefficient of the Chinese version of the MEONF-II was 0.731.The interrater reliability was 0.947.The I-CVI was 1.00 and the S-CVI/UA was also 1.00.The calibration validity was-0.696(P<0.001).Conclusion:The Chinese version of MEONF-II has good reliability,validity,and strong applicability,can be used for nutritional screening of elderly surgical inpatients and can provide a reliable tool for clinical practice.
