超声心动图分析三类抗精神病类药物对精神分裂症患者左室收缩功能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:分析三类抗精神病类药物对精神分裂症患者左室收缩功能的影响。方法:研究对象为2018年10月—2020年10月本院收治的150例精神分裂症患者,按照数字表达法均分成三组,其中利培酮组的50例患者接受利培酮治疗,喹硫平组的50例患者接受喹硫平治疗,奥氮平组的50例患者接受奥氮平治疗,对比三组精神分裂症患者治疗后的临床疗效、心功能指标和心电图异常发生率。结果:接受不同治疗后,利培酮组的治疗有效率为78%、喹硫平组的治疗有效率为80%、奥氮平组的治疗有效率为94%,三组精神分裂症的临床治疗效果差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);奥氮平组患者的左室收缩功能指标降低显著低于其他两组,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);奥氮平组患者的心电图异常发生率显著比利培酮组、喹硫平组发生率低,三组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:奥氮平与其他抗精神病类药物相比,在精神分裂症患者的治疗过程中更能够发挥出作用效果,不仅仅改善了患者的临床症状,且对患者心功能的影响相对较小,具有较高的安全性、有效性,是一项值得推广的应用。
