乡村振兴视域下农村居民获得感提升对策研究——基于四大地区2459份农村居民调研数据

Study on the Countermeasures to Improve Rural Residents'Sense of Gain from the Perspective of Rural Revitalization Strategy--Based on the Survey Data of 2459 Rural Residents in Four Regions

乡村振兴五大战略之间存在密切逻辑关系,五大战略对提升农村居民获得感有重要作用。利用排序选择模型对来自华北、东北、华东、中南地区的2459份农村居民调查数据进行回归,考查五大振兴战略对农村居民获得感的作用效应,借助门限回归模型分别从年龄和地区两个角度对获得感进行异质性分析。研究结果发现:产业振兴战略对提升居民获得感没有显著影响,人才振兴战略对提升中年居民获得感有抑制作用,但对东北地区居民的获得感存在促进作用,文化振兴战略与生态振兴战略能显著提升居民获得感,组织振兴战略下居民对政府的信任感与获得感存在正相关关系。因此要通过加强政策扶持、公共文化服务建设、重视村民教育、美化乡村环境、巩固基层建设促进乡村振兴,进而提升农村居民获得感。

Based on the internal logical relationship betweenthe five strategies for rural revitalization and the mechanism of the five strategies to improve the sense of gain of rural residents,in this paper,the ordered choice model was used to regression the data of 2459 rural residents from North China,Northeast China,East China and Central China,to investigate the effect of five revitalization strategies on rural residents'sense of gain,and to analyze the heterogeneity of sense of gain from the perspectives of age and region with the help of threshold regression model.The findings are as follows:industrial revitalization strategy to promote residents'sense of gain has no significant influence,the talent strategy of rejuvenating middle-aged residents to improve the sense of gain has inhibition but of residents in the northeast of the acquisition,cultural revitalization strategy and ecological revitalization strategy can significantly improve residents'sense of gain,there is a positive correlation relationship between the residents of trust to the government and residents have more sense of gain under organization of the strategy of rejuvenating.Finally,based on the research results,relevant countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
