摘要
中红外波段的高质量量子光源对于下一代量子传感、量子成像和量子通信具有重要意义,已成为量子研究的热点.首先,概述研究中红外波段量子光源的意义;然后,综述中红外波段单光子源和纠缠光源的研究进展;最后,对该领域未来发展方向进行探讨.
The high-quality quantum light source in the mid-infrared band is of great significance for the next generation of quantum sensing,quantum imaging and quantum communication,and becomes a hot topic in quantum research.First,the research significance of mid-infrared band quantum light sources was summarized;then,the research progress of mid-infrared band single-photon sources and entangled photon sources was summarized;finally,the future development direction of this field was discussed.
