摘要
人口老龄化使得“老有所养”成为一大社会需求。文章通过对杭州市“医养结合”居家养老服务的现状、养老政策、设施建设等方面进行总结分析,根据实践中尚存的一些问题并参考日本的做法和经验,提出相关建议与思考,以期为我国老年健康服务管理模式提供新思路。
The aging population has made"care for the elderly"a major social demand.This paper summarized and analyzed the current situation,policies and facilities of the"medical-nursing combined"home care service in Hangzhou.This paper also provided solutions to the remaining problems in practice with reference to the practices and experiences of Japan,intending to offer new ideas for the management model of health services for the elderly in China.
