宁波市新生儿科护士母乳喂养知识的调查与思考

Survey on breastfeeding knowledge of nurses in Neonatal Ward in Ningbo

目的调查宁波市部分医院新生儿科护士母乳喂养知识现状,提高住院新生儿母乳喂养率,促进其发育健康。方法采用便利抽样的方法,对宁波市区4家设有新生儿科病区的三级医院护士进行住院新生儿母乳喂养知识问卷调查。结果168名新生儿科护士的母乳喂养知识总得分为(50.71±11.61)分,其中有关母乳喂养倡导答对率最低,为30.4%;母乳喂养优点答对率36.0%;母乳操作管理答对率最高,为77.7%。多重线性回归分析显示,职称、科室是母乳喂养知识总得分的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论宁波市部分医院新生儿科护士母乳喂养知识水平较低,应及时开设新生儿科护士母乳喂养专题培训,尤其注重母乳喂养倡导方面的知识普及,以保证新生儿科护士有足够的母乳喂养知识、能力和技能对产妇进行健康宣教,提高住院新生儿母乳喂养率。

Objective To investigate the current situation of breastfeeding knowledge of neonatal nurses in Ningbo,and to improve the breastfeeding rate among hospitalized newborns and promote their developmental health.Methods A questionnaire survey on breastfeeding knowledge of hospitalized neonates was conducted using a convenience sampling method among nurses in four tertiary hospitals with Neonatal Wards in Ningbo.Results The total breastfeeding knowledge score of 168 neonatal nurses was(50.71±11.61)points,with the lowest percentage of correct answers(30.4%)regarding breastfeeding advocacy,36.0%for breastfeeding advantages and 77.7%for management of breast milk practices.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that professional title and department were independent influencing factors for the total score of breastfeeding knowledge(P<0.05).Conclusions The level of breastfeeding knowledge of neonatal nurses in some hospitals in Ningbo is low.Special training on breastfeeding should be provided for neonatal nurses in time,especially the popularization of breastfeeding advocacy knowledge,so as to ensure that neonatal nurses have enough breastfeeding knowledge,ability and skills,carry out health education for puerpera,and improve the breastfeeding rate of hospitalized newborns.
