基于人文关爱的健康管理在肿瘤标志物阳性老年体检者中的应用

Application of health management based on humanistic care in elderly patients with positive tumor markers

目的观察基于人文关爱的健康管理在肿瘤标志物阳性老年体检人群中的应用效果。方法选择健康体检中首次检出血清肿瘤标记物阳性的98名老年体检者为研究样本,体检登记尾号为双号者(对照组)接受体检常规延伸护理,体检登记尾号为单号者(试验组)接受基于人文关爱的延伸护理,比较2组干预后的焦虑情绪、肿瘤标志物体检知识掌握情况、后续诊查依从性。结果干预后,试验组焦虑评分低于对照组,肿瘤标志物体检知识掌握度评分和后续诊查依从率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于人文关爱的延伸护理可显著改善肿瘤标志物阳性老年体检者的焦虑情绪,提高其肿瘤标志物检查知识掌握度与后续诊查依从性。

Objective To observe the efficacy of health management based on humanistic care in elderly patients with positive tumor markers.Methods Ninety-eight elderly subjects with positive serum tumor markers detected for the first time during the physical examination were selected as the study sample.Those whose physical examination registration numbers being even numbers(the control group)received routine physical examination extended nursing,and those whose physical examination registration numbers being odd numbers(the experimental group)received extended nursing intervention based on humanistic care.Anxiety,tumor marker physical examination knowledge and follow-up diagnosis compliance were compared between the two groups after intervention.Results After intervention,the anxiety score of the experimental group was lower than the control group,and the tumor marker physical examination knowledge score and follow-up diagnosis compliance rate of the experimental group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Extended nursing based on humanistic care can significantly relieve the anxiety of the elderly patients with positive tumor markers,improve their mastery of tumor marker examination knowledge and compliance with follow-up diagnosis.
